“Alex
and Sierra” is an American duo, which was a part of the “Groups”
category. The duo is composed by Alex Kinsey and Sierra Deaton, who
both are 22 years old. They won the 2013 X Factor on December 19th
and reached a lot of achievements. Their mentor was Simon Cowell.
They
are in a relationship since they first met on 2009, on a beach. Alex is from "New Smyrna Beach" and Sierra is from Orlando. They
both love music and before entering the X factor, they made loads of
song covers.
Alex
can play the guitar, and Sierra can play the piano, as shown on “Say
something” cover
by “A
Great Big World” and Christina Aguilera. They both can sing very
well.
As said before, they reached loads of achievements. Two of them were: being the first group to win the show, and being the first X Factor contestants to have a number 1 song on iTunes. Also, the judges valorated them very positively, in all terms.
